recruitment and placement services for companies expanding or upgrading their
workforce. We place high quality individuals, from skilled technicians to
senior-level subject matter experts, across many industries. Need to hire
full-time employees? We can help.
Each candidate for employment undergoes
a rigorous screening process that includes interviews, technical evaluation,
reference checks and background screening. Candidates are assessed for technical
capabilities, communication and presentation skills, attitude, personality,
flexibility, teamwork skills, and required degree of supervision.
Contract and Contract-to-Hire Programs
Acentron offers clients the
opportunity to evaluate a prospective candidate before making a full-time
employment commitment. This “try before you buy” approach can help clients
avoid costly hiring mistakes and ensure the candidate fits well within the
organization and corporate culture. Candidates in our Contract-to-Hire program
are initially employed by Acentron, while they work with the client on a daily
basis. Upon successful completion of the trial period, typically three to six
months, those individuals are then converted to the client’s staff on a fee-based
arrangement.
