The process of creating a customized solution for your company includes sourcing quality candidates, recruiting those we believe would be a good fit for your business, and interviewing and testing candidates. We also ask for your input through phone and in-house interviews with select candidates. Our HR process includes reference checks, background checks, and drug tests.

3) Measure
We want to know that the services we offer are working, so we use client surveys and candidate surveys to help us measure our success in providing excellent solutions.
We follow up with you on the first day of placement, after one week, after one month, and then periodically to ensure that things are going well and your needs are continuing to be met.
